The Oprah Winfrey Diamond in the Rough Scholarship is intended for students who are both academically talented and demonstrate financial need. Diamonds may not have qualified for academic scholarships as entering freshmen, but have demonstrated academic ability and success during the freshman year.

Criteria / Requirements: Applicants must be male sophomores, juniors and seniors at Morehouse College. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, demonstrate significant community service experience and good conduct during your matriculation at Morehouse College in order to be considered for this award.
