Criteria / Requirements:
• Citizen or native of Brazil, Barbados, Cuba, Haiti, Grenada, Guyana, or Jamaica.
• Eligible to study in the United States and to be accepted into a four-year accredited college or university in the United States.
• First-year freshmen (with less than 12 college credits unless credits are earned in high school) who are considering enrolling in a full-time undergraduate program at a four-year accredited college or university.
