Description
Two awards given to assist a Navy, Marine Corps or Coast Guard dependent spouse, active duty, retired, widow or widower to continue his/her college education, vocational business or other training. The applicant shall be verified as a qualified dependent, submit a copy of the military ID card and attach a copy of the applicant’s previous years federal tax return with the application.
