The Nolan Ryan Foundation is pitching in for a better future by promoting youth, education and community development. Criteria / Requirements: Any student who graduates from a Round Rock ISD High School that demonstrates a financial need, is a first generation college attendee and has at least a 3.0 GPA qualifies to apply for this scholarship.
