The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences sponsors programs, seminars, and scholarships for high school and colleges in cities served by the 19 local chapters and awards scholarships to outstanding high school seniors who intend to pursue a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis on any aspect of the television industry.

- Must be an undergraduate student or attend a university or two-year college or currently be a high school student
- Must study full-time
- Restricted to students studying Filmmaking/Video, Journalism, Music, Performing Arts, Photojournalism/Photography, TV/Radio Broadcasting
