Description
The Rust College Presidential Scholarship is offered to first-time freshmen and transfer students. Applicants must meet two of the following requirements: a minims 3.2 GPA, an ACT Score of 19 or above or SAT score of 1000 or above, and/or in the top 10% of their graduating class. If accepted, students must maintain a GPA of 3.0 to keep the scholarship.
