Criteria / Requirements:
Applicants must be either: a Purple Heart recipient; the spouse or surviving spouse of a Purple Heart recipient; the direct descended of a Purple Heart recipient; or the spouse, surviving spouse or direct descendant of a service member killed in-action or who died of wounds.
