Geographic Criteria: Florida
Criteria / Requirements: Applicants should be high achieving high school seniors in the Tampa Bay area of Florida — counties of Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco — who have overcome significant obstacles in life and who plan to attend a public university in Florida for their undergraduate studies. The scholarship may be used ONLY to attend a 4-year university in the state of Florida. Must have a 3.0 GPA.
