Geographic Criteria: California
Criteria / Requirements: To be eligible for the OCCACC Scholarship, applicants must: have at least one parent who is of Chinese descent; demonstrate financial need; be graduating from a high school in Orange County or Los Angeles County; prove enrollment in a community college, college or university; and, have either an ACT of 27 or an SAT of 1200, as well as a 3.0 GPA.
