The NCOA Scholarship Fund is one of the most important entities within the Association. Established in 1970, its single purpose is to help dependents of NCOA members continue their education beyond high school.

Criteria / Requirements:
Children and spouses of current members of the Non Commissioned Officers Association. Awards not limited by race, color, creed, national origin, or sex. For undergraduate study only at accredited colleges and universities. Children of members must be under age 25 to receive initial grant.
