Geographic Criteria: Kentucky
Criteria / Requirements: Eligible applicants must be a Kentucky high school senior, be an ESL/LEP student with a native language other than English (and have been enrolled in ESL class during middle or high school years), have a 2.5 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and plan on attending a two- or four-year post-secondary institution (college, university, vocational or technical school) in Kentucky.
